MyConcern has been created by child protection professionals, relentless in their efforts to keep children, young people and adults at risk safe from harm. We are, first and foremost, a safeguarding company, and as such, protecting the most vulnerable people in society is at the heart of all we do.
Our team of specialist safeguarding consultants guide those involved with safeguarding, using experience and knowledge from their own backgrounds in education, health and social care and policing.
About MyConcern’s Senior Leadership
Martin Baker, Mike Glanville and Darryl Morton are the three founding Directors of One Team Logic. They were joined by Mohammed Hussain in 2018. Martin and Mike had previous careers as senior police officers. During their policing careers, they had personal responsibility for both child and adult safeguarding in a variety of roles and settings. This experience now informs their roles of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Safeguarding Services.
Previously, Darryl was the Managing Director of Logic Software. Now, as the Director of Security and Operations, it is Darryl and his team that bring the technical ‘know-how’ and skills that are embodied within MyConcern.
After previously working for one of our partners, Mohammed brings 5 years of experience working with IT and 7 years of experience working in the education sector, into his role as Director of Sales.
