MyConcern has been created by child protection and safeguarding professionals, relentless in their efforts to keep children, young people and adults at risk safe from harm. We are, first and foremost, a safeguarding company, and as such, protecting the most vulnerable people in society is at the heart of all we do.
Our team of safeguarding professionals has over 200 years of combined experience working in public services across policing, education (MATs, school governance, and teaching), local authorities, health, and social care. Consequently, we have a deep understanding and breadth of capability for both child and adult safeguarding at strategic and operational levels.
About MyConcern’s Senior Leadership
Martin Baker, Mike Glanville and Darryl Morton are the three founding Directors of One Team Logic.
Martin and Mike had previous careers as chief police officers. During their policing careers, they had personal responsibility for both child and adult safeguarding in a variety of roles and settings. This experience now informs their roles as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Safeguarding Services respectively.
Previously, Darryl was the owner and Managing Director of Logic Software. Now, as our Chief Technology Officer, Darryl and his development team bring the technical ‘know-how’ and skills that are embodied within MyConcern.
In December 2019, Nathan Morgan joined MyConcern as Chief Financial Officer, having worked closely with the team throughout the preceding year to secure the transformative investment from Octopus Ventures. Nathan is responsible for all things financial, including driving commercial opportunities and helping to define and deliver the benefits of MyConcern to many more people and organisations across the UK and around the world.

While MyConcern is predominantly a safeguarding company, we have an exceptional team of highly-skilled IT professionals who bring their ingenuity and finely-tuned skills to develop MyConcern.
They use feedback from customers, requirements from legislation and suggestions from safeguarding practitioners to shape our secure and trusted safeguarding software. MyConcern is always improving to empower staff to provide the best outcomes for those in their care.
