Who We Are
Martin Baker, Mike Glanville and Darryl Morton are the three founding Directors of One Team Logic.
Martin and Mike had previous careers in five different UK police forces, ultimately working together for eight years as Chief Constable and Assistant Chief Constable (Operations) of Dorset Police. During their policing careers they had personal responsibility for both child and adult safeguarding in a variety of roles and settings. Consequently, they know intimately the strategic and operational challenges faced by schools in relation to safeguarding, information sharing, multi-agency working et al.
Darryl is the Managing Director of Logic Software, a long-established and highly regarded software house with a range of national ‘household name’ clients; it is Darryl and his team that bring the technical ‘know-how’ and skills that are embodied within MyConcern®.
Martin and Mike are also both school governors and between them have 15 years experience in that role in both primary and secondary schools.
From their experience in both policing and in schools they could readily see the enormous issues facing staff, headteachers and governing bodies in relation to safeguarding. Working with headteachers, safeguarding leads and teaching and support staff from schools across the country they designed an integrated approach to safeguarding in schools and went on to partner with Darryl and his team to create MyConcern.
