Our Latest Update – Customise Your Home Page!
It’s the little changes that make a big difference. The panel on the MyConcern home page, which until now has automatically shown the names of people with safeguarding lead user rights, is now fully customisable! A user with admin rights can edit the text within the whole panel to share any information they prefer. These changes can be made under Admin/ System/ Home Page Customisation.
What Should You Include?
You can customise your home page with any information you feel is necessary. Some suggestions might include contact details of your safeguarding team and your safeguarding contact within the local authority. Other useful information might include contact information for your establishment’s social worker, mental health worker or counsellor (if in post).
