Greater Access to your Data
With this new release of reporting, you will be able to create reports based on concerns, referrals, profiles and lessons learned.
You can group up to 2 levels of your data, to show the most appropriate data breakdown (e.g. All concerns by category and then all concerns by status). There are also a number of optional filters which you can use to tailor your reports to give you the information you need, when you need it.
Your Data Is Secure
Only users with Safeguarding Lead access can create reports containing personally identifiable information.
Trusted users will only be able to see this information if the Safeguarding Lead chooses to share it with them.
