15/04/19 Advanced Notice
There is some essential maintenance of MyConcern which will require MyConcern to be offline for approximately 1 hour, this is scheduled to take place on 16/04/2019 between 7am and 8am. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
2am: Service resumed as normal for all users. Investigations have uncovered a loss of functionality which would have affected all users, and currently looks to be as a result of reported issues with Microsoft Azure. We have reported this with our supplier and all systems have been restored.
12am: Services recovering for most users
10pm: Issues reported with logging in to MyConcern.
1pm: All services have resumed to normal for the small number of users that were affected. Microsoft have reported issues with their Azure Data Centre West and details can be found here https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/status/
12pm: Issues have been identified and our team are actively working to resolve these. Most users will now be experiencing an acceptable level of service, although some users may still be experiencing a slightly slower system. We hope that normal service will resume in the next hour.
11am: MyConcern is online however slower than usual. Issues seem to be linked to profiles and the development team are still working to resolve this issue ASAP.
10am: A small number of customers reporting some slower than usual response times. The development team have begun investigating.
3pm: Service resumed as normal
2pm: Services for most are returning to usual following fix, the course of which has been identified and a summary will be provided shortly.
1pm: The Microsoft issue affecting MyConcern Users has now been identified and a fix is currently being deployed, which is having a positive impact on users. Some users may still be affected but we hope this will be resolved this afternoon. We will continue to update you.
12pm: Some users are able to obtain access. Microsoft Engineers are looking into this as a priority are working with our developers to resolve this issue urgently.
11am: Currently liaising with Microsoft Engineers to understand the full extent of the issues and to find a resolution to resume normal service.
10am: Customers still reporting performance issues with MyConcern. Investigations continued from 26/11/18 and escalation made to suppliers.
Some users experiencing intermittent issues with MyConcern. Microsoft reported issues with their Azure Data Centres between 11.19am and 16.56pm which affected businesses across the UK.
5pm – Normal Services Resumed.
