  • 9:58am: Our technical team have now mitigated this intermittent issue and normal service has resumed. Thank you for your patience while we resolved this.

09/10/2019

  • 13:10pm: MyConcern is experiencing some intermittent issues with one of its services, our technical team are in the process of resolving. Further update on the situation will follow at 4pm today, thank you for your patience.
  • 16:00pm: The intermittent issues impacting one of our services has been mitigated by our technical team, however there may be a small percentage of users experiencing some  performance problems. Our technical team are continuing to monitor and review this situation. Thank you for your patience.

  • 15:23pm: MyConcern is currently experiencing performance issues, our support team are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
  • 16:33pm The team have resolved the issue and normal service has now resumed. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this.

  • 4:15pm: MyConcern is currently experiencing technical issues, our support team are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
  • 5:15pm: Users experiencing issues logging into MyConcern should now have seen an improvement as issues have been resolved, A small number of customers may still experience some technical difficulties while we continue to restore the system to full capability. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

  • 1:30pm: MyConcern is experiencing intermittent performance issues on one of its Data centres, we are manipulating traffic to mitigate this issue as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience.
  • 2:30pm: The team have resolved the issue and normal service has now resumed. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this.

04/09/2019

  • 11:30am: Some performance issues have been flagged today and MyConcern is running slowly for some customers due to the high volume of customers the system. Our technical team are investigating and hope to resolve issues shortly. We will provide another update at 1:30pm.
  • 1:30pm: The issue has been identified and the team are currently working to resolve this as a priority. We will give another update at 3:30pm.
  • 3:30pm: The team have resolved the issue and normal service has now resumed. Thank you for your patience while we worked to fix this.
