3pm: Service resumed as normal
2pm: Services for most are returning to usual following fix, the course of which has been identified and a summary will be provided shortly.
1pm: The Microsoft issue affecting MyConcern Users has now been identified and a fix is currently being deployed, which is having a positive impact on users. Some users may still be affected but we hope this will be resolved this afternoon. We will continue to update you.
12pm: Some users are able to obtain access. Microsoft Engineers are looking into this as a priority are working with our developers to resolve this issue urgently.
11am: Currently liaising with Microsoft Engineers to understand the full extent of the issues and to find a resolution to resume normal service.
10am: Customers still reporting performance issues with MyConcern. Investigations continued from 26/11/18 and escalation made to suppliers.
Some users experiencing intermittent issues with MyConcern. Microsoft reported issues with their Azure Data Centres between 11.19am and 16.56pm which affected businesses across the UK.
5pm – Normal Services Resumed.
