9.30am Our internal reports show that a small number of users (DSLs/DSPs and admins) may be experiencing some issues completing certain tasks and who may have lost some of their permissions. 15/04/19 Advance Notice
There is some essential maintenance of MyConcern which will require MyConcern to be offline for approximately 1 hour, this is scheduled to take place on 16/04/2019 between 7am and 8am. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
2am: Service resumed as normal for all users. Investigations have uncovered a loss of functionality which would have affected all users, and currently looks to be as a result of reported issues with Microsoft Azure. We have reported this with our supplier and all systems have been restored.
12am: Services recovering for most users
10pm: Issues reported with logging in to MyConcern.
