Technical Installation

As MyConcern safeguarding software is a hosted system there is very little technical intervention required. We notify your local technician of the straightforward steps required to achieve MIS integration and the tasks they need to undertake are inevitably speedy and straightforward.

The only other thing we ask technicians to do is to create desktop shortcuts for staff so that they can quickly and easily access the ‘login’ page for MyConcern. Many of our customers include their technical staff in the MyConcern user training, which they often really appreciate (“…it was great to be included, I’m usually asked just to install things and I don’t always know what they do!”)
