Support & Maintenance
We have all put a full stop or a comma in the wrong place when trying to log in to a system – it’s only obvious when someone else points it out – but whatever happens we’re always here to help!
If any issue cannot be resolved locally our customers have access to our Helpdesk through our Customer Support Portal, by email or by telephone. Our technical team provides support on weekdays between 9am and 5pm (excluding Public Holidays in England & Wales). All deployments of MyConcern are subject to our Support and Maintenance Agreement which sets out in detail the support services that we provide.
